Railing is 36" Stanton by Medallion.	Chisel 6' x 14" step in Java color with matching Chisel Stone retaining wall stones. Paver inlay is Permacon Mega-Arbel in Cognac Brown with Oaks Centurion 6" x 9" rectangle soldier course in Onyx color.	With a difficult grade change we used Oaks Ortana wall stones in Mountain color to provide steps to the walkout basement. Neighboring lot has lawn removed with crushed red brick aggregate installed.
Landings use Permacon Mega-Arbel in Cognac Brown to match above walkway. Gardens are south facing with Karl Foerster Grasses and 1" - 2" riverstone ground cover.	3d Rendering to show basic layout of garden wall & walkway before construction phase.	3d Rendering to show overhead view of existing wood stairs and proposed precast stone stairway.
